What we offer

Non-Medical transport (home to home, home to hospital)

Medical transport (hospital to hospital)

Supplemental Oxygen during transports

Over the phone and in person triage

How we work:

We are pleased to offer specialized transport services for animals receiving oxygen therapy between veterinary hospitals. As supplemental oxygen is a prescribed medical treatment, patients must have an active prescription or already be receiving oxygen therapy prior to transport. Transfers may be arranged through your facility's standard referral process. Once the patient is ready for discharge, please contact our dispatch line directly so we may gather the necessary information and coordinate transport. For the safety of the patient and for liability reasons, clients are not permitted to accompany the patient during transport. Upon arrival at your facility, we will contact your team to confirm our presence so staff may bring the patient out for transfer. We will also notify the receiving hospital when we are en route to ensure they are prepared for the patient's arrival.

We are able to reach most areas within Brevard County in approximately 30–45 minutes.

We also offer transport services from a patient’s home to a veterinary hospital when oxygen therapy or urgent evaluation may be needed. Additionally, we can provide general guidance and assist with determining whether transport to a hospital is recommended through over-the-phone triage.

Please note that while we can help assess the situation and coordinate transport, we are not veterinarians and cannot diagnose or provide medical treatment. Oxygen may only be administered if it has already been prescribed by a licensed veterinarian prior to transport.
